With such a captivating title, Yto Barrada’s exhibit contains a variety of work in different mediums. Ranging from framed illustrations, sculptures, photography and even video, a visitor will have a wide variety of subjects to enjoy during these exhibits. Peers describe Yto’s work “disruptive and pushing against traditional limits.” With origins from North Africa, Yto carries her background into her art, inspiration clearly showing in her illustrated and often minimalistic prints in particular. This current event runs till the middle of the month, spanning across three entire floors. Rest assured there’s plenty to look at.
